Crikey, we are having a busy and fun time.
Spent the Easter weekend eating, drinking laughing with relatives :)
Took the boy and his cousin to Cannon Hall, his friend has been over a few times and had a sleepover.
Twiglet is round there today, so I've got some time to catch up with domestic drudgery and mess about on here!
We've even had time to be a bit creative, but more on that when our masterpiece is finished.
Hasn't the weather been great? so here is a whistle stop tour and I will do a separate blog about our walk yesterday especially for John ;)
Had a super afternoon, just Mum and son at lovely Nostell Priory last week.
It really was gorgeous and Twiglet requested that we took a look around the house which we both enjoyed, he is an excellent tour guide and found the old fashioned toilet arrangements hysterical (that's why 9 year olds don't work as National Trust tour guides).
Saturday saw us visiting lovely Filey.
Yesterday, Mr Twigs had a days hols from work so we went up to Hardcastle Crags and Hebden Bridge, talk about a Daddy Special walk !!!
Think we all need another early night tonight.
Really was lovely though and I would heartily recommend a visit.
Tomorrow sees us visiting our first car booty of the year - yay!!
Thursday out with our pals again, blimey we need to go back to school next week for a rest!!
Take care
Twiggy x
