Catch Up Part 1

Well it's been a while, life is very hectic at Twiggy Towers and as usual it's all change.

I've changed my hours to 2 full days per week, so I can hopefully find another little job to slot in, Twiglet is going from strength to strength and will be 8 very soon !! (he's having a Dr Who party and Mr Twigs has volunteered to make a Tardis cake - top Dad).

And the Twiggy's have put Twiggy towers on the market - blimey!! told you I'd been busy.

If you fancy living in a stately pile drop me a line, meanwhile we are clearing clutter and painting like mad, hence the disappearing act.

Sadly, we had some fabtastic snow and snow drifts up here at Easter, but I can't find the photos, I will return later with some pics, they are ace!!

Anyhoo a bit of half term fun.

Lovely, lovely Twiglet at lovely lovely Nostell Priory.
Silly boys on the seesaw at The Hepworth Gallery in Wakefield.
Blurred Twiggy and Twiglet at Standedge Tunnel - do you like our jaunty hats?  I wore mine as a fascinator :)
I really don't like enclosed spaces but enjoyed this trip, and Marsden is just lovely.

Ooooo hello, it's Nostell Priory again.

Righto, must get a bit of ironing done before school run time, Twiglet has an after school singing club on Wednesday !!

Twiggy x

Well I"ve finally taken the plunge...................

After drooling over many blogs for months now I've decided to finally take the plunge, so here is my new dawn.
Hence the beautiful sunrise above as photographed by Mr Twiggy through our bedroom window. (I'm sure I'll be including a lot of his pics, hope he doesn't expect commision).

I love crafting and have ever since I was a little girl and spent hours playing with my mums button tin (which I've inherited) and amused my self by making dresses for my dollies - even though I'd cut their hair and given them green felt tip highlights. Punk Tiny Tears - I should have marketed this idea !!

Hope you enjoy my work as much as I've enjoyed others who are a daily inspiration to me.

I hope to share favourite blogs, books and anything and everything with you, so enough off my blithering on and watch this space...............................................
