We had a lovely and very busy half term, way back 3 weeks ago, as previously mentioned we went to the Lego day at NCM and the Lego Movie.
As the weather was so gorge, we also went to lovely cannon Hall Farm to see all the lovely Spring lambs and cute piglets, see above.
Here are some pics of our chubby boys after their bath. Dom is the brown, fluffy Rex, what a teddy bear. Henry is the tricolour, they do make us laugh. Dom is a fair old age now about 5, but he can still speed up when he hears the fridge door opening.
Although, it's very wet up here we have had some lovely Spring days, we've even got a couple of caravans over at the campsite - hardy souls.
We've also recently had a lovely Spring walk down to the Yorkshire Sculpture Park, blimey it was hot.
And I've got give a mention to the day Twiglet met the mighty Chuckle Brothers after we saw them at the Wakefield Theatre Royal - top fun !!!
What a smashing pair of geezers.
Righto, we're off out for tea to a new Greek restaurant in Wakefield tonight - a first for us, so catch you later.
Twiggy xx
Ooh, where is the new Greek restaurant in shaky wakey? I do like greek food and it would be nice to go somewhere different.
ReplyDeleteI saw the lambing at Cannon hall farm advertised. Fascinating for everyone really not just the children.
Going to see the lambs is always a great reminder that Spring isn't too far away. It sound like you have had some nice dats out. Hope you enjoyed your meal at the Greek restaurant.
ReplyDeleteI'm laid up just now with an injured knee so can't do too much. Hope you are all well

My friend Liz spent her university years at Breton Hall, the sculpture park! Love the lambs and hope dinner was lovely! x
