Happy Easter !!!!

Well we are half way through half term and having a lovely relaxing time.

Spent quite a few hours at the lottie - so lovely to be out in the sun, but not so lovely to get sun burnt!!

Twiglet and I had a jaunt to Pontefrct last week and fund some chazza shop gold (will take a photo and post soon) and we spent a lovely but cold morning at Newmillerdam with our friends and their new puppy.  The crazy lady, ran straight into the lake as it's the first time she'd seen still water.

Good Friday saw us at a very sunny Filey - bet you'd guessed where all my photos had been taken hadn't you?

We got soaked on the Brigg but were busy seal watching, so didn't care - the waves were massive.

Just had a lovely Easter dinner after an industrious afternoon at the lottie again - will post some photos soon.

Happy Easter to you all, however, you celebrate.

I have started putting a few updates on Facebook recently, so will try to pop a link on here.

After the Easter hols. my hours at school are reducing, so hopefully will have a bit more time to blog properly.

love

Twiggy xx

  2. Our school holiday is different, I go back to school this coming Tuesday but we have had a great two weeks . It rained the first two days and the last two, but the bit in the middle has been sun and more sun. Oh I have soooooo needed it too! Have you have time to make anything recently?
Reduced school hours will give you a different perspective to your week and more blogging or blog hopping would be fun. Thanks for popping over just know as well. Enjoy the rest of your break.

Well I"ve finally taken the plunge...................

After drooling over many blogs for months now I've decided to finally take the plunge, so here is my new dawn.
Hence the beautiful sunrise above as photographed by Mr Twiggy through our bedroom window. (I'm sure I'll be including a lot of his pics, hope he doesn't expect commision).

I love crafting and have ever since I was a little girl and spent hours playing with my mums button tin (which I've inherited) and amused my self by making dresses for my dollies - even though I'd cut their hair and given them green felt tip highlights. Punk Tiny Tears - I should have marketed this idea !!

Hope you enjoy my work as much as I've enjoyed others who are a daily inspiration to me.

I hope to share favourite blogs, books and anything and everything with you, so enough off my blithering on and watch this space...............................................
