Our beautiful boy is 10 !!!!! and a country walk with geocaching

So I've obviously gone for the how many items can I include in a title this time.

Our lovely boy was 10, I repeat 10 yesterday - flippin heck where is the time going?

We went out for dinner and then watched The Hobbit .  Big birthday treat is coming up next week, Dr Who excitement !!!!

Anyhoo he is leaving his first school in July after 6 years, to go up to middle school, so there is much going on at the moment.
On Sunday we had a lovely walk at The Herony and had our first attempt at geocaching which was top fun.

Wakefield Council have designed a walk for youngsters based on the book Room on the Broom, which is a lovely idea.

I really did notice the hedgerows and flowers are blooming at the moment, hope you like the photos.

Doesn't seem two minutes since Twiglets Dad had to help him do this !!

Cute boy snapped with mad woman !!

Catch you later Twiggy x

  2. Happy Birthday Twiglet
I can't believe I've been following your blog for so long Twiggy he was only two or three when I "met" you.
Our eldest will be 30 in July and I find that very hard to believe.
Have a good rest of the week

Well I"ve finally taken the plunge...................

After drooling over many blogs for months now I've decided to finally take the plunge, so here is my new dawn.
Hence the beautiful sunrise above as photographed by Mr Twiggy through our bedroom window. (I'm sure I'll be including a lot of his pics, hope he doesn't expect commision).

I love crafting and have ever since I was a little girl and spent hours playing with my mums button tin (which I've inherited) and amused my self by making dresses for my dollies - even though I'd cut their hair and given them green felt tip highlights. Punk Tiny Tears - I should have marketed this idea !!

Hope you enjoy my work as much as I've enjoyed others who are a daily inspiration to me.

I hope to share favourite blogs, books and anything and everything with you, so enough off my blithering on and watch this space...............................................
