So how did Twiglets first day go ?????

Well Twiglet had a very nice first day. When we went to collect him, he was hugging his best mate from next door and they held hands all way home :) He told me he did LOADS of playing, played with his new friends, I can't remember their names Mummy!! his teacher is pretty and the lego is ace! So there you go. Thankfully Mr Twigs works from home on Wednesdays so it wasn't too quiet but today there is tumbleweed blowing through the house - hey ho!! The problem I have now is the list of things I've said I must get done in the house for the last 4 years, well, I'll have to blardy do them now - argh!!

  1. That's great that he enjoyed his first day ... hope he enjoys the next 12 or more years as much LOL!
    Arrrrrrgh ... the dreaded list!
I had one of those ... never did get around to actually following it when my youngest started school, despite all the promises and good intentions, so hope that's some consolation.

  2. I remember those first days of school. (quite a long time ago for me)!! My son who is 17 is going to college next week and I still have the same nervous feeling I got when they started school.

  3. Awwww, how fabulous that he had a good day :-D I thought I'd be ok when No.2 started school, and I was whilst he did half days. But the first day he went full time I came home a blubbed for a good hour or more :-O

    You enjoy your time. x

  5. It's great Twiglet enjoyed his first day at school. In my early days at school I ran away, and walked all the way home. For a very little girl, it was a very long way! x

  6. I'm so glad that he had a great first day. Although, as much as I've been relieved at how easily my two trot off into new situations, part of me is wondering 'now couldn't they pretend to be just a tiny bit upset at my departure??'

Well I"ve finally taken the plunge...................

After drooling over many blogs for months now I've decided to finally take the plunge, so here is my new dawn.
Hence the beautiful sunrise above as photographed by Mr Twiggy through our bedroom window. (I'm sure I'll be including a lot of his pics, hope he doesn't expect commision).

I love crafting and have ever since I was a little girl and spent hours playing with my mums button tin (which I've inherited) and amused my self by making dresses for my dollies - even though I'd cut their hair and given them green felt tip highlights. Punk Tiny Tears - I should have marketed this idea !!

Hope you enjoy my work as much as I've enjoyed others who are a daily inspiration to me.

I hope to share favourite blogs, books and anything and everything with you, so enough off my blithering on and watch this space...............................................
