New Tunes

I've changed my tunes, being an old rock bird I like loud, so have changed my list accordingly, with a few quiet tracks to give you a rest. I am pleased that I've found a recording of the Pogues from when we went to see them, sounds a bit ropey, but picture old Twiggy blubbing in the audience and you could be there.

(Above is a photo I took at Scarborough last week isn't it pretty?)

Righto, I'm supposed to be tidying the house, doing my ironing mountain (will take weeks) and making preparations for my lovely nieces wedding tomorrow - how exciting a new generation of marriages - woo hoo. I spent most of yesterday running about trying to find a suit and shirt and tie for Mr Twigs, who announced Wednesday night oh, would you get me someting to wear for Saturday, I won't have time. Yeah, thanks for that. He is now sorted, conservative suit but not too dull. If it were up to me he would be much more flamboyant, but he is his own man.

Twiglet has his first shirt and tie and looks just gorgeous in his new togs.

His first day at school yesterday went brilliantly, he just said, yes, bye then Mummy, lots of new stuff to play with !!!!

Must go and do stuff, have a great weekend.

Cheery bye

Well I"ve finally taken the plunge...................

After drooling over many blogs for months now I've decided to finally take the plunge, so here is my new dawn.
Hence the beautiful sunrise above as photographed by Mr Twiggy through our bedroom window. (I'm sure I'll be including a lot of his pics, hope he doesn't expect commision).

I love crafting and have ever since I was a little girl and spent hours playing with my mums button tin (which I've inherited) and amused my self by making dresses for my dollies - even though I'd cut their hair and given them green felt tip highlights. Punk Tiny Tears - I should have marketed this idea !!

Hope you enjoy my work as much as I've enjoyed others who are a daily inspiration to me.

I hope to share favourite blogs, books and anything and everything with you, so enough off my blithering on and watch this space...............................................
