Hot buns and giant dumplings

That's what you need on a cold Wintery night.

So I have been quiet this week haven't I?

I've been makey doing (for my Etsy shop, when I finally reopen it) and also busy doing stuff.
The young Twiglet has gone to `sleep with the sharks ' tonight.
A sleepover at the Deep in Hull with Cubs.

They sleep in the glass tunnel that runs underneath the shark tank all night
(although I'm not sure much sleep will take place, 100 overexcited cubs and all that !!).

Oh my !!

Have a great weekend.

  1. Dumplings always go down well at our house, Twiggy. What's the meat?

  2. Having been an Akela for nearly 20 years( a while ago now) I feel really sorry for the leaders!!
100 cubs at camp is bad enough but UNDER A SHARK TANK sounds really scarey.
Hope your boy has a brilliant time

  4. Wow .. sleeping with sharks .. they had nothing like that when we were young. Just a damp limp butty sat up on a damp wet moorland hillside more like .. the annual school picnic!
    Buns look good mrs...

Well I"ve finally taken the plunge...................

After drooling over many blogs for months now I've decided to finally take the plunge, so here is my new dawn.
Hence the beautiful sunrise above as photographed by Mr Twiggy through our bedroom window. (I'm sure I'll be including a lot of his pics, hope he doesn't expect commision).

I love crafting and have ever since I was a little girl and spent hours playing with my mums button tin (which I've inherited) and amused my self by making dresses for my dollies - even though I'd cut their hair and given them green felt tip highlights. Punk Tiny Tears - I should have marketed this idea !!

Hope you enjoy my work as much as I've enjoyed others who are a daily inspiration to me.

I hope to share favourite blogs, books and anything and everything with you, so enough off my blithering on and watch this space...............................................
