Ahem, a small announcement..........

Me again, told you I was sitting around a lot, but also being quite proactive. Continuing in this vein I've been thinking about my Folksy and Etsy shops quite a bit recently. My Folksy shop is more of a Flopsy shop as I haven't had a single sale and as for Etsy though I've had a handful of sales I feel like a miniscule fish in an ENORMOUS pond. Keeping this in mind, I've decided to open my own online shop, called, drum roll.......................
TWIGGY'S EMPORIUM. (I've always wanted to own an emporium:)
Over the next week or so, I'll be closing shops, moving photos, generally tinkering with stuff. To celebrate the opening of my little shop I feel a little giveaway may be in order, so do check back.
Meanwhile, if you want to take a look, click on the Twiggy's Emporium link on the right. My shop window is bare but I do have a very cute number counter.

  10. Hi,
I have had more success on Folksy than I have on Etsy. i think that Etsy has gotton too big for us little fish. I tried an online shop but found navigating it awkward and uploading was unreliable so I shut it down. I will open up another one one day. best of luck with it all. I am off to take a look.

Well I"ve finally taken the plunge...................

After drooling over many blogs for months now I've decided to finally take the plunge, so here is my new dawn.
Hence the beautiful sunrise above as photographed by Mr Twiggy through our bedroom window. (I'm sure I'll be including a lot of his pics, hope he doesn't expect commision).

I love crafting and have ever since I was a little girl and spent hours playing with my mums button tin (which I've inherited) and amused my self by making dresses for my dollies - even though I'd cut their hair and given them green felt tip highlights. Punk Tiny Tears - I should have marketed this idea !!

Hope you enjoy my work as much as I've enjoyed others who are a daily inspiration to me.

I hope to share favourite blogs, books and anything and everything with you, so enough off my blithering on and watch this space...............................................
