Hooray !!! Boo!!!


Hooray for all the lovely comments you left on my last post about my lovely Dad, thank you very much indeed.

Boo - my fab car has been written off by the insurance company :( I love Mitzi my Mitsubishi, we've had so many holidays in her and changed Twiglets nappies in the boot and had picnics and ice creams galore in her - so I'm NOT happy !!!

Boo - I'm working all weekend - 3 days !!

Hooray - double bubble so lots of cash going into our non existent funds.

Hooray - I'll appreciate the time after work with my boys even more.

Hooray my pal has just been and we scoffed great big buns and went for a nice walk.

Hooray - Twiglets girlyfriend is coming round for tea tonight, which is always a good larf.

    Nice to see there are more 'Hooray's' then 'Boo's...and R.I.P..your lovely little car.I remember my first car...a mini..very fondly,and all the lovely adventures we had together.

    Shame you have to work this weekend but think of the boost your funds will get as a result

    Boo about your car, I remember my first car it was a vauxhall chevette in bright red and I had lots of fun in her

    Shame about your car, but if the insurance co has written it off presumably you'll be getting another one. Cute little boy in the car. I love that age.

    I know how you feel, I work alot of weekends too, but just think of the money eh!!

    So you live near YSP then!? I used to live quite near there too, though a bit further than ten minutes, in a village called Kirkheaton. Have you heard of it?

    I still live in West yorks though.

    I work on alternate Saturdays. It is pants. A good way to relieve the stress is to scoff a big bun! It's such a shame about your car. Thank goodness you have photos in its memory. I love the one of Twiglet flaked out over the dash! x

Well I"ve finally taken the plunge...................

After drooling over many blogs for months now I've decided to finally take the plunge, so here is my new dawn.
Hence the beautiful sunrise above as photographed by Mr Twiggy through our bedroom window. (I'm sure I'll be including a lot of his pics, hope he doesn't expect commision).

I love crafting and have ever since I was a little girl and spent hours playing with my mums button tin (which I've inherited) and amused my self by making dresses for my dollies - even though I'd cut their hair and given them green felt tip highlights. Punk Tiny Tears - I should have marketed this idea !!

Hope you enjoy my work as much as I've enjoyed others who are a daily inspiration to me.

I hope to share favourite blogs, books and anything and everything with you, so enough off my blithering on and watch this space...............................................
