It's wee Twiglets 5th !!! birthday on the 19th, so the weekend after next we're off to Thomasland - wahey!!
The weekend after that, we're away on our holidays. Woohoo. busy, busy!!! (Vicky, we will be in the vicinity, you have been warned!)
So we finally got our car on Saturday, I usually pick old lady names as you know, so over the years we've had, Mitzi Mitsubishi, Rene Renault, Mabel Micra. This time I asked Twiglet to pick a name in this vein, he came up with 3D pitstop :) then Alex cos he says our car is a boy. I think it's a girl so Alex will do for us both.
I'll post pics when I get time to take some.
Another busy week ahead, my little social butterfly is going to his mates birthday party on Tuesday, we go swimming on Wednesdy evening, collecting my Mum on Thursday and Twiglet is at his girlyfriends for tea on Friday and then it's back to work for me - flippin heck !!!
So does anyone else feel a big anti-climax after the election, it's like getting your Chrimbo pressies a week after Christmas isn't it :)
Right, just to prove that I've even found a little time to do a few makes inbetween the working and domesticity, I've sprinkled my post with pics of the ATCs I've made for this months ATC swaps. (Note, Mr Twigs, lovely wooden floor too).
I've got to go and clear the decks now, my boys spent the day at Kirklees Light Railway yesterday and Twiglet bought me a very jolly multi-coloured pencil. However, the house still looks a little ahem, lived in :)

ReplyDeleteYeah I'm sure there are a few people who can empathise with my letter, I just needed to vent. My neighbours are an 'older' couple with no kids who wash their caravan on a weekly basis and I'm sure he measures his lawn with a ruler LOL
