Phew and breathe...............

Hello campers
Well we had a terrific hols in lovely Welsh Wales, the weather was fabby and we had much fun in the sea, on the beach, swimming, body boarding, taking trips on steam trains and we even had time for a visit to Vicky @ Anglesey Allsorts. It was great to catch up and Twiglet really enjoyed the eggs your Mrs Chickens laid for him. He had them with toast soldiers on Saturday morning :) Thanks also for the tayberry and willow saplings which have now been planted up at our allotment. We got home on Friday night and I was back at work on Saturday, so my feet haven't touched the ground. Thankfully, Twiglets school has a teacher training day tomorrow so we'll get at least one day together to unpack and do a spot of baking - yay !!
Right, hope you enjoy the photies, Mr Twigs has some lovely ones of the gorgeous Arts and Crafts cottage we stayed in which I'll post when we've had time time to upload them and some smashing steam train ones too.

I'm having a rest on the sofa now.

Catch you later.

Twiggy x

Well I"ve finally taken the plunge...................

After drooling over many blogs for months now I've decided to finally take the plunge, so here is my new dawn.
Hence the beautiful sunrise above as photographed by Mr Twiggy through our bedroom window. (I'm sure I'll be including a lot of his pics, hope he doesn't expect commision).

I love crafting and have ever since I was a little girl and spent hours playing with my mums button tin (which I've inherited) and amused my self by making dresses for my dollies - even though I'd cut their hair and given them green felt tip highlights. Punk Tiny Tears - I should have marketed this idea !!

Hope you enjoy my work as much as I've enjoyed others who are a daily inspiration to me.

I hope to share favourite blogs, books and anything and everything with you, so enough off my blithering on and watch this space...............................................
