Anyhoo, we had to catch the bus home so went to the cafe for breakfast whilst waiting for our bus. A pretty little girl came over and said would your little boy like these and thrust a bag of Magic Stars at Twiglet. Twiglet did what he always does when faced with pretty ladies, looked at his shoes went very red and said erm... thank you erm.....
His Mum shouted over, we have loads so wanted to share, how nice is that? Mr Twigs told Twiglet, a pretty lady offering you chocolate life will never get better than that :)
Mr Twigs continued with this theme of niceness when he later went to collect the car and took Twiglet with him so I could play on my own for an hour or two. I made this for my Mum for Mothers Day whilst drinking beer and listening to the Stone Roses, simple pleasures indeed. I took the pattern from Cath Kidstons Make but used more lurid colours and flower buttons to Twiggy it up!
Right Twiglet has picked a winner from the orange Ikea bowl and the winner is....................................................................................................

Random acts of kindness are rare in today's society. We usually have little old ladies trying to talk to my two, who of course have been trained NOT to talk to strangers. So I encourage them to trply to sweet little old ladies and then get bombarded with questions such as 'Mammy, you SPOKE to a stranger!' etc etc
