Made

Hooray it's Friday, so what have I been making this week. Here's my first ever chicken, thanks to lovely Lynsey from Swirlyarts for advice, as you can see you do not have to worry about me stealing your Chick Meister crown :) Twiglet has christened her Coppo and wanted me to include a photo of her speaking to the doctor, because she lays eggs all day, every day !!! I also finally finished Twiglets denim jacket. (He wanted a pic of him in his new denim jacket, front and back !!! - that's his Friday face).
I like the way this turned out, it took weeks for Twiglet to decide between cars, cowboys or Stanley the dog!!!
Made some ATCS for individual and group swaps for Crafters Corner members, I was loathe to part with the set of three as I LOVE vintage!!!I must mention that Papercraftersunited are in the process of moving to a forum called Crafters Corner, see my sidebar for details. It really is great as there are categories for cardmaking, scrapbooking, ATCs, stitching, knitting, crochet, you name it. Anyone interested in joining, go take a look. I've been a member of the group for about 3 years and they are a lovely friendly bunch. (I'm not on a percentage either, before you ask :)

  3. Master Twigs looks great in his jacket, and I would have chosen the car motif too. Great chicken. I hope that the doctor prescribed something for Coppo. It's OK to lay every day, but not all day! x

Well I"ve finally taken the plunge...................

After drooling over many blogs for months now I've decided to finally take the plunge, so here is my new dawn.
Hence the beautiful sunrise above as photographed by Mr Twiggy through our bedroom window. (I'm sure I'll be including a lot of his pics, hope he doesn't expect commision).

I love crafting and have ever since I was a little girl and spent hours playing with my mums button tin (which I've inherited) and amused my self by making dresses for my dollies - even though I'd cut their hair and given them green felt tip highlights. Punk Tiny Tears - I should have marketed this idea !!

Hope you enjoy my work as much as I've enjoyed others who are a daily inspiration to me.

I hope to share favourite blogs, books and anything and everything with you, so enough off my blithering on and watch this space...............................................
