My boy is poorly again - argh!!!!! We've been having real hassle at school as since he was last ill he just can't seem to settle back in again. Anyhoo took him in today and had a phonecall to collect him at lunch time. Poor boy had cried all morning at school and fallen asleep in class. Did I feel like a bad Mummy.
Took him to the docs this evening and he has a viral infection, swollen tonsils and glands in his neck and is soooooooooooo tired. So please send healing thoughts.

ps) I was the same until I had my tonsils out age 7
oh, no! my grandbabies are sick again, too...the little one has pneumonia for the second time and the older one has the swollen tonsils...seems the sicknesses going around this time of year make repeat appearances, huh? healing thoughts to twiglet! ♥

ReplyDeleteOhh No! Poor Twiglet, and poor you! It can be so tiring with a sickly child, and its gone on for ages now.Bet you feel you are getting no further forward with anything! maybe this is why you haven't got a job yet - you need to be at home for Twig!

ReplyDeleteFunnily enough El and me have been ill on and off for ages now. Just when we think we are picking up we feel rubbish.... again. (El had tonsilitis and swollen glands too)
