Big thank you to lovely Lissylou for this award.
The condition of accepting the award is to pass it on to 5 people and to list 5 things I like doing;
1. Crafting , anything from making ATCs, sewing, cross stitch, painting, oooo and perhaps now making jewellery.
2. Reading, I used to read a lot before Twiglet arrived, these days, I usally fall asleep with my book on my face. I love reading all kinds of stuff but particularly enjoy crime fiction. I LOVE Ian Rankin, Stephen Booth, Peter Robinson. I also have old favourites that I have read many, many times.
3. Gardening - even with a dodgy back. My Grandad was a gardener and the smell of tomato plants takes me back to his warm, sunny, greenhouse, happy days.
4. Walking, I love to be outdoors and we live in a beautiful part of the country with lots of public footpaths and bridleways. Wintery walks are my favourite, whether it's in a wood, by the sea or along a local trail. I pull on my trusty Hunters and get going !!!
5. Laughing, I come from quite a jolly family and like to think we're a happy little crew at Twiggy Towers, well usually!!! I've just finished reading Saturday Night Peter, that I received for my birthday. I love laugh out loud books.
OK now I'm passing this over to :-

Taz
Louise @ Home is Where the Heart Is
Pam @ White o Morn
Vicky @ Anglesey Allsorts
Josie @ SykesSillySite.

Over to you ladies.
Twiggy x

Well I"ve finally taken the plunge...................

After drooling over many blogs for months now I've decided to finally take the plunge, so here is my new dawn.
Hence the beautiful sunrise above as photographed by Mr Twiggy through our bedroom window. (I'm sure I'll be including a lot of his pics, hope he doesn't expect commision).

I love crafting and have ever since I was a little girl and spent hours playing with my mums button tin (which I've inherited) and amused my self by making dresses for my dollies - even though I'd cut their hair and given them green felt tip highlights. Punk Tiny Tears - I should have marketed this idea !!

Hope you enjoy my work as much as I've enjoyed others who are a daily inspiration to me.

I hope to share favourite blogs, books and anything and everything with you, so enough off my blithering on and watch this space...............................................
