Busy, Busy and Award Time

Phew we've had a busy weekend. Had a fab day on Saturday went to A Day Out With Thomas which Twiglet (and Twiggy) loved, I've never seen so many happy little boys in one place it was MAGIC !
I'll blog some photos when I've uploaded them onto my PC. Been doing quite a bit of crafting this weekend too, again photos to follow.
We were then taken out for lunch by my lovely inlaws on Sunday so spent most of Sunday afternoon groaning because we were full of pasta and italian trifle !

I had a lovely surprise on Sunday, I was given a You Make My Day award by lovely Jennie at Falling Down the Rabbit Hole - thanks that is so sweet of you and you know I love your blog, go take a look see people, it's fab.

Now, I have to pass it on to 10 people - only 10, I could name hundreds. Anyhow, here goes.......

    Hi Twiggy, my brother calls me hun! You have had a busy weekend what with taking Twiglet out and all. And the mention of trifle, I wish you hadn't, I am on a fast today, no treats in the house. Well I"ve finally taken the plunge...................

After drooling over many blogs for months now I've decided to finally take the plunge, so here is my new dawn.
Hence the beautiful sunrise above as photographed by Mr Twiggy through our bedroom window. (I'm sure I'll be including a lot of his pics, hope he doesn't expect commision).

I love crafting and have ever since I was a little girl and spent hours playing with my mums button tin (which I've inherited) and amused my self by making dresses for my dollies - even though I'd cut their hair and given them green felt tip highlights. Punk Tiny Tears - I should have marketed this idea !!

Hope you enjoy my work as much as I've enjoyed others who are a daily inspiration to me.

I hope to share favourite blogs, books and anything and everything with you, so enough off my blithering on and watch this space...............................................
