Of course now my Halcyon Days always involve my little family.
I love this photo, it was taken at the local Sculpture Park when Twiglet had just started to toddle around with his Daddy this is one of my Halcyon Days. So now, tell me about yours?

I was going to take some photos today out in the garden you know, here comes Spring etc but 1. my camera needs recharging and I can't find the lead and 2. everytime we went outside it started to rain, so I've popped on the above photo that I took in Ireland last year of some pretty primroses instead :)
I was also going to post a photo of my very first knitted rabbit to give you a good laugh, but obviously I can't so here's a few pics of my previous craftiness, hope you like them.............
Here's a photo of an oriental folded ATC that I did for a Papercraftsunited ATC challenge. I LOVE oriental, the colours are so rich.
My first ATC incorporating shrink plastic, hey that wouldn't be an oriental theme again would it?

Hi Twiggy! Thanks for visiting my blog! I'll have to have a think about what my Halcyon days would be - as you say, anything involving the family would have to be at the top of the list! Lucy x

Hi Twiggy, I'm afraid to say I've never watched Brideshead revisited properly, only seen bits of it, one day I'll have to watch it all, I think. Lovely little crafty things you have shown too, hope your camera is sorted soon, you must show your bunny before Easter!

Hi Twiggypeasticks (what a great name), and your little boy being called Twiglet! Thanks for paying my blog a visit, I am always so pleased to get new comments, I'll put your name on my sidebar. Hello Thanks for your visit and comment , I had to go away and think after i read your blog, What are my Halcyon days, it did not take me long I had the best childhood, my sister and i use to spend the summer with our grandparents in Ireland and they lived in a very small seaside village, with a hugh sandy beach on their doorstep, and we had complete freedom, the sort of freedom that my children will never have. It always seemed to be sunny and we had lots of friends, oh happy days. Mullaghmore was heaven on earth.
